Our DNA: supporting and participating in Scientific Research

Cesigma has been actively supporting scientific research on marine fauna for several years, but also on the environments that shelter them.

In this context, CeSigma has developed several projects in collaboration with various laboratories or institutions (Port Cros National Park, University of the Antilles and Guyana, Neuro-Psi Laboratory, Sorbonne Universities) as well as several nature protection associations, including GUALIBA (Guadeloupe) and CETAMADA (Madagascar).

CeSigma has participated in the financing of several scientific theses and post-docs.

With the IM2NP/CNRS institute of the University of TOULON (NanoCastil - electronic nose, and NanoGamma - radiation detection system based on nanostructures)

  • Thesis in progress: Study and qualification of photosensitive materials in the form of thin layers for radiation detection (Amine El HALABI)
  • Study of materials with modified structure and adaptable photoluminescence (Kaouther DERRAJI, 2021)
  • Evolution of the properties of solid solutions based on luminescent tungstates (Aziz TAOUFYQ, 2015)
  • Micro-nano-structured systems and multifunctional thin layers, based on ruthenium dioxide: elaborations and catalytic and electrical properties (Pawel NOWAKOWSKI, 2008)
  • Post doc of Valérie LEROY

With the University of Paris Sud, NeuroPSI - Paris-Saclay Neuroscience Institute and LSIS - Laboratory of Information and Systems Sciences (humpback whales - Acoustics - Interactions)
